Kiro CLI: Mermaid Diagram in Chat

This release draws Mermaid diagrams directly in chat. It also makes saved settings work in headless V3 runs. Other fixes improve copied prompts, blocked panes, model fallback, compaction, Windows setup, release notes, AWS sign-in, and workflow output.

[Improvements] Mermaid diagrams: Flowcharts, sequence diagrams, state diagrams, and entity-relationship diagrams in agent replies now render as terminal art. Kiro shows the Mermaid source for unsupported syntax, oversized diagrams, or when ASCII art is off. Learn more
