Kiro IDE: Markdown Review, What's New Announcements, and Workflow Step Notifications

This release brings Markdown Review to every Kiro IDE user, so you can comment on Markdown files in your workspace and send the comments to Kiro in one batch. It also adds a What's new announcement browser, makes workflow step notifications easier to scan, can generate commit messages before you stage changes, and fixes terminal, workflow, and sign-in issues.

[Review Markdown documents] Open a `.md` file in your workspace in a rendered review panel, comment on exact passages, and send your comments together. The panel stays current as the file changes and adds an outline, Mermaid controls, and horizontal scrolling for wide tables. Open it from the editor title bar, Command Palette, Specs view, or the Review button on supported spec documents. Learn more ->

[Improvements] Generate Commit Message without staging: When nothing is staged, Kiro can now draft from working-tree changes, including untracked files that aren't ignored. Kiro tells you when it uses unstaged changes. When a repository's changes can't be read, Kiro explains why, and generation works before you open a chat. Learn more ->

[Improvements] What's new announcements: The What's new entry in the status bar and the Agent Focus footer now opens a list of announcements with an unread count, docs and changelog links for each entry, and a link to request a feature. New installations don't show the entry, and it opens on its own only after an upgrade brings announcements you haven't seen

[Improvements] Scannable workflow step notifications: Step messages in the parent chat now start as one status row (Info, Completed, Needs input, or Failed). Expand a row to read the full message; when Kiro knows which session the step ran in, the row links to that step session. Learn more ->

[Improvements] Cleaner `/workflow-run` command: The command and its recipe now render as one chip that lists every input as `key=value`, arrow-key navigation stops at the last recipe instead of returning to the first, input fields drop the type label, and Kiro offers one workflow command per message. [Fixes] Fixed agent-run terminal commands returning only the next prompt line and a success exit code on bash 5.1 or newer when `PROMPT_COMMAND` is an array with more than one entry, for example on Fedora 43; Kiro now captures the command's real output and exit status

[Fixes] Fixed opening a workflow step's session tab denying the step's pending permission request; the step tab and the parent chat now answer the same request once

[Fixes] Fixed IAM Identity Center sign-in waiting silently when the browser fails to open; Kiro now shows the failure and lets you try again

[Fixes] Fixed enterprise accounts with several Kiro profiles being assigned the first profile when no profile was stored; Kiro now shows Choose a Kiro profile to continue so you can pick one. Kiro still selects the only profile automatically
